Our office staff is working remotely with limited communication capabilities. Crews are backlogged, not only clearing hurricane debris, but also 1 day behind having missed Monday service due to Beryl. All cleaning and repair technicians are out working. Please be patient as your technician will eventually service your pool. In the meantime, please remove as much foliage out of the pool as possible. Your technician will not be able to clear out large debris from the pool, but will clear out small debris and service the pool as he is able. Even if you are still without power it is important that your technician has access in order to shock, clean out small debris and assess for any possible damage. We are monitoring our text messaging service (832-780-5955) and are able to receive phone calls (713-665-4441) through our phone app. At this time we are unable to access our email.
